Biomass
Biomass is the entirety of organic material produced by plants or animals.
Biomass is the entirety of organic material produced by plants or animals. Plants produce biomass with the aid of sunlight. Through photosynthesis, CO2 and water in are converted into carbohydrates and other organic building blocks. Accordingly, biomass is ultimately stored solar energy.
