Solar radiation
Electromagnetic radiation emitted by the sun.
Electromagnetic radiation emitted by the sun. Also referred to as shortwave radiation. Solar radiation is characterised by a certain span of wavelengths (spectrum), which depend on the temperature of the sun. It is strongest in the visible wavelengths.
