Storm tracks
Main tracks of extratropical disruptions, which manifest as sequences of high- and low-pressure cells.
Initially used to refer to the tracks of individual cyclonic weather systems. Today is often more generally used with reference to the region where the main tracks of extratropical disruptions manifest as sequences of high-pressure (anticyclonic) and low-pressure (cyclonic) cells.
