Palmer Drought Severity Index (PDSI)
An index that uses temperature and precipitation data to predict droughts.
An index that uses temperature and precipitation data to predict droughts. It represents the positive or negative deviation from the normal precipitation for the respective location. As such, it can also depict above-average levels of precipitation.
